Objectives of the project
- Strengthening the links between universities and institutions providing work at the central and local level
- Improving the theoretical and practical knowledge of master’s students in territorial administration, agricultural policies, rural development, and innovation, as well as their skills in negotiations and participation in decision-making processes
- Design of 9 specific common learning modules to fill the gap between the existing offer and the needs of the labor market
- Providing innovative tools and methodologies for the Albanian teaching staff
- Improving the matching of academic requirements with professional needs during the internship period
- Consolidation of cooperation between Albanian HEIs and the creation of synergies and complementarity between the study programs they offer to their audience
- Creation of a long-term research network of EU and Albanian researchers on these topics.
- Cooperation in raising the capacities and renewing the generations of the staff of the Albanian University
