This project aims to identify and analyze the current and future needs for skills and knowledge in the tourism sector in Albania, focusing specifically on green digital skills and soft skills. It seeks to contribute to the development of a qualified and prepared workforce that can meet the labor market demands in a rapidly changing tourism industry and help promote sustainable tourism in the country.

Objectives of the project
- Understand and assess the current skills and knowledge needs in Albania’s tourism sector, including key gaps and challenges.
- Forecast future trends and identify the skills and knowledge required to address upcoming challenges in tourism.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to improve education and training programs, focusing on green digital and soft skills.
- Foster inter-institutional collaboration among various stakeholders to support skill development in tourism.
