IT GOVERNANCE
The IT Governance for Albanian Universities (ITG4AU) project is designed to improve the management and governance of IT resources within Albanian Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). By adapting successful IT governance frameworks from European universities, the project aims to establish a structured approach to managing IT that aligns with institutional goals. This initiative will not only modernize the existing processes but also create a sustainable model that enhances the overall governance and decision-making capacities of these universities. Through cooperation between institutions in Spain, Germany, Norway, and Albania, ITG4AU seeks to foster stronger cross-border collaboration and knowledge exchange.
