GRADUA

The GRADUA project, titled “Graduates Advancement and Development of University Capacities in Albania,” aims to enhance the employability of graduates from Albanian universities by strengthening the link between higher education and the labor market. It focuses on developing a career tracking system and a platform to monitor graduate employment outcomes, enabling universities to align educational programs with market demands.
