MSc. Kushta graduated from the University of Tirana. Starting from 2015 onwards, Rovena has been teaching at the Department of Psychology, Education and Sports at the Faculty of Human Sciences, Education and Liberal Arts. As of October 2019, she has been appointed as Director of the Human Resources Office at the European University of Tirana. Rovena has also worked as an editor of the International Scientific Journal Educatio. She has authored and co-authored several publications in the field of Health Psychology on different topics such as: quality of life, internet dependency, cyberbullying, personality issues, etc.
