Why choose a Master of Science program?

Master of Science study programs offer deepening, expansion and specialization of theoretical knowledge and skills for advanced and independent scientific research. The aim is to equip the student with in-depth theoretical tools, skills and knowledge for a successful professional and academic career.

The Master of Science program is offered with 120 ECTS credits and has a normal duration of 2 academic years. This program prepares the student with professional skills and competencies to enter the labor market, but also gives the opportunity to develop an academic career by continuing doctoral studies.


Attendance

For Master of Science study programs, attendance is mandatory in the amount of 80 (eighty)% of lectures and seminars.


Graduation

The diploma thesis should be an independent and creative work of the student with about 19-20 thousand words. Its purpose is to demonstrate students' abilities to gather and evaluate information, to theoretically analyze the facts gathered, and to present the conclusions reached in an academic format. This also means studies, which aim to "improve / supplement the theory" or studies that make a reflection on the "state of theoretical debate". The thesis is developed with the help of a professor who guides the student until the finalization of the diploma thesis.
