Professional Master

Why choose a Professional Master program?
Professional Master (PM) programs are of an applied nature and offer mainly practical training, for achieving professional objectives in accordance with the chosen profile, in order to get employed or qualified in a narrow specialization. These programs are suitable for any age, any candidate, regardless the field of completed Bachelor studies. A Professional Master's degree provides students in-depth analytical skills and independent thinking, critical and professional evaluation, the ability to solve complex problems and to grow in a professional career. Another advantage of the Professional Master study program is the opportunity to get professional training in a short period of time, in the field you are interested in, to get repositioned or well adapted in the labor market. Professional Master programs are offered with 60 ECTS credits. They are one of the most flexible academic products at EUT, as these programs are constantly adapted to the demands of the local labor market, regional developments and beyond.

Attendance
Attendance of teaching activities is mandatory in the amount of 80% (eighty).

Graduation
The professional master programs conclude with a Diploma project, similar to a thesis, but of an applied nature, or with a Final Comprehensive Exam (FCE).

The Professional Master thesis must be an original thesis, where the student mainly applies a theory, scheme, principle to a concrete object of study. The topic can be a case study or a comparative study. It contains 14-15 thousand words. The thesis is developed with the assistance of a supervisor who guides the student until its final submission.

The FCE is organized as a case study assignment, closely related to student’s profile of study.
