From 2021, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Juelda Lamçe, holds the position of Dean of the Faculty of Law, Political Sciences and International Relations. Prof. Assoc. Dr. Juelda Lamçe, graduated in Law in 2005 at the University of Macerata in Italy, where she completed her Master studies "Cooperation and Development in the Euro-Mediterranean" at the Faculty of Political Science. In 2010 she completed her doctoral studies with excellent results in the field of family law at the University of Macerata in Italy. She is an "Associate Professor" since 2015. Prof. Assoc. Dr. Juelda Lamçe has a long academic experience and has attended several professional trainings. She has contributed to important international conferences and has published many articles in prestigious scientific journals at national and international level. In the period 2010-2018, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Juelda Lamçe has held important academic positions at the European University of Tirana as: Member of the Academic Senate, Head of the Department "Private Law", Head of Profile at the Doctoral School, etc. Prof. Assoc. Dr. Juelda Lamçe has over 15 years of professional experience as a lawyer, collaborating with local and international legal offices, institutions and organizations. In 2013 she has been licensed as a lawyer by the National Chamber of Advocates in Albania. Prof. Assoc. Dr. Juelda Lamçe has also collaborated as a legal expert on important projects at national, regional and international level. In the period 2018-2021, she held the position of Director of the ProSEED Project Implementation Unit (GIZ) at the Ministry of Finance and Economy.

Her areas of interest are related to human rights, non-discrimination and gender equality, family law, protection of minors, migration, employment policies, protection of vulnerable groups, etc.
