Phd (c)  Gladiola Tigno is a lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering Informatics  and Architecture at the European University of Tirana, engaged in teaching mathematics since 2022.
She completed her studies in mathematics in 2008 and has been part of the academic staff at the University of Elbasan since then. In this role, she has taught courses such as Mathematical Analysis, Algebra, Probability, Statistics, and Information Technology in Education. Currently, she is pursuing postgraduate studies to obtain a PhD in Applications of Mathematics at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana.

In addition to her university commitments, Gladiola has contributed to pre-university education and is a certified evaluator for the State Matura exams in Mathematics at QSHA. She has published articles in scientific journals and has presented her work at both national and international conferences.
