Gladiola Tigno is an assistant lecturer at the European University of Tirana, in the Department of Technology and Informatics.

She got a degree in mathematics in 2008, and since then has been part of the University of Elbasan as a part-time academic staff, engaging in the subjects: Mathematical Analysis, Completion of Algebra, Probability, Statistics, Communication and Information Technology in education. She has also contributed to teaching in pre-university education institutions and is a certified evaluator of the State Final Exams, in the mathematics subject at QSHA. She has publications and articles in scientific journals, Also, participation in national and international conferences.
