Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dorina Dervishi (Shengjergji) is a lecturer and Head of the Department of Nursing and Physiotherapy at the European University of Tirana. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Padua, Italy, and earned her Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Medicine, Tirana. She also holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Camerino, Italy.

Before joining the European University of Tirana, from 2007 to 2021 she served as a full-time lecturer at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Albanian University,in the courses of Pharmacognosy, Phytotherapy, and Pharmacology within the study programs of Pharmacy, Nursing, and Physiotherapy. During this period, she also held academic leadership roles, initially as Assistant to the Head of Department and later as Head of the Department of Pharmacy.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dervishi has published numerous articles and proceedings as part of her scientific research and academic activity and has participated in national and international conferences, serving on the Scientific and Organizing Committees of several of them.
