Position held at EUT: Dean of Faculty of Economics, Business and Development

Ermela Kripa received the title of Associate Professor in December 2015, at the Agricultural University of Tirana, as well as the degree of Doctor of Science in Finance, at the Tirana University, Faculty of Economics.Ermela has completed her Master of Science at Roma Tre University in Italy as well as her Bachelor's degree in Finance at Roma Tre University. Mrs. Kripa has published scientific articles in well-known scientific journals, as well as participated in various international conferences. During the year 2023, has successfully completed the Visiting Researcher at the University of Bari, Aldo Moro in Italy. he has an experience in lecturing for 16 years, already. Her area of expertise is Accounting and Financial Statement Analysis. Currently, she holds the position of dean at the Faculty of Economics, Business and Development. From march 2022 to december 2023, she held the position of head of department of Economic Sciences and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences at the Catholic University "Our Lady of Good Counsel". From November 2019 to December 2023, she was lecturer at the Economic and Social Sciences of the Catholic University of Tirana "Our Lady of Good Counsel". During 2016, she was in charge of the finance center unit at EUT Consulting and then at EUT Enterprise, dealing with several projects undertaken by this unit. For 4 years, from 2013 to 2017, she was in charge of the Accounting and Financial Reporting subject group at the Department of Finance and Economics, Faculty of Economics, EUT. She has also been a methodological riviewer for the Doctoral School studies at EUT for two years. In the years 2008 - 2009, it was involved in a project for SPI Albania projects with a focus on Capital Adequacy for Commercial Banks. During the year 2007-2008 Mrs. Kripa was a tecnical assistant at the Department of Informatics at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Roma Tre, Italy. During the year 2006 - 2007 Mrs. Kripa worked for the insurance company in Italy "Alleanza Assicurazioni".

Ka përfunduar Masterin Shkencor në Universitetin  “Roma Tre” në Itali, si dhe ciklin e studimeve Bachelor në fushën e Financës po në Universitetin “Roma Tre”.

Znj. Kripa ka publikuar shumë artikuj shkencor në revista të njohura shkencore brenda dhe jashtë vendit, si dhe ka marrë pjesë në konferenca të ndryshme ndërkombëtare.

Gjatë vitit 2023, ajo ka mbyllur me sukses Visiting Researcher pranë Universitetit “Aldo Moro” në Bari, Itali. Ajo ka një eksperiencë 16-vjeccare në mësimdhënie. Fusha e saj e ekspertizës është Kontabiliteti dhe Analiza e Pasqyrave Financiare.

Aktualisht, mban pozicionin e dekanes pranë Fakultetit të Ekonomisë, Biznesit dhe Zhvillimit.

Gjatë periudhës mars 2022 – dhjetor 2023, ka mbajtur pozicionin e përgjegjëses së departamentit në Departamentin e Shkencave Ekonomike dhe Sipërmarrjeve pranë fakultetit të Shkencave Ekonomike dhe Sociale të Universitetit Katolik “Zoja e Këshilit të mirë”.

Prej nëntorit 2019 deri në dhjetor 2023,  ka qenë pedagoge pranë Shkencave Ekonomike dhe Sociale të Universitetit Katolik “Zoja e Këshillit të mirë”.

Gjatë vitit 2016, ka qenë përgjegjëse e Qendrës së Financës në UET Consulting dhe më pas në UET Enterprise, duke u bërë pjesë e shumë projekteve të ndërmarra nga kjo qendër.

Për 4 vite, që nga viti 2013 deri në 2017, ka qenë përgjegjëse e grup-lëndëve të Kontabilitetit dhe Raportimit Financiar pranë departamentit të Financës dhe Ekonomiksit, Fakulteti Ekonomik, UET.  Gjithashtu ka qenë vlerësuese metodologjike për Shkollën Doktorale në UET.

Në 2008 – 2009 ka qenë e përfshirë në një projekt të SPI Albania,  projekt me fokus për Mjaftueshmërinë e Kapitalit për Bankat Tregtare.

Në vitet 2007 – 2008, Znj. Kripa ka qenë asistente pranë Departamentit të Informatikës në Fakultetin Ekonomik të Universitetit “Roma 3”, Itali.

Në 2006 – 2007 Znj. Kripa ka punuar pranë kompanisë së sigurimeve “Alleanza Assicurazioni” në Itali.
