Dokt. Stela Karaj
Stela Karaj holds the position of Chief of Cabinet at the European University of Tirana, with duties of administrative supervision. He completed his Bachelor studies at the same university in 2011, with excellent results with the "Magna Cum Laude" award, at the Faculty of Law. In 2013, he completed the "Master of Science" studies, Private and Business Law, being awarded an excellence scholarship, in the "Private Law" profile. Received the title of "Lawyer" at the National Bar Association in 2016.
In 2022, she also worked as an official for International Relations (IRO), for student and staff movements, the Erasmus+ program. In 2019, she worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana in the subject "Private International Law". With a rich professional background, Ms. Karaj has been working with dedication for a period of nine years in the Municipality of Tirana, specializing in the Sector of International Relations and Ceremonial Protocol since 2014. She is currently an assistant lecturer at the European University of Tirana, at the Department of Legal Sciences, in the subjects "Rights of Man" and "Right to Work and Insurance". She has been the organizer of various events at the "Women Founders Network Albania", with a focus on the promotion of female entrepreneurs, inspiring events where successful entrepreneurs have shared their stories with the audience with the aim of inspiring future entrepreneurs.
Her research interests are focused on "Human Rights" and "UN Security Council in crisis and conflict management in the context of International Law".
In 2023, she awarded a prize for human rights during the event "Miss Progress Human Rights 2023", organized by the Municipality of Skorrano, at the invitation of the Mayor, Mr. Mario Pendinelli.
