Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teuta Xhindi is the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Informatics, and Architecture at the European University of Tirana. She holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Tirana and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Shkodra, while she earned her Ph.D. in Statistics from the Polytechnic University of Tirana. In 2021, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.

Prof. Xhindi has extensive academic and managerial experience in higher education. She has collaborated in national and international research projects supported by major European programs and institutions such as Erasmus+, Horizon 2020, the World Bank, and EU4Innovation, contributing to the development of statistical models, policy analysis, and the strengthening of links between universities and society.

In her research activity, Prof. Xhindi is the author and co-author of numerous scientific works addressing contemporary issues related to economic development, gender equality, and digital innovation. She is also active in initiatives that promote the advancement of women and girls in STEM fields.
