Emirgena Nikolli - Assistant Lecturer in Department of Economics and Finance, Faculty of Economy, Business and Development, at the European University of Tirana. At the same time, she is a PhD candidate at the University of Gdansk, Sopot, Poland. Thesis “The impact of high education on the economics growth in Western Balkan countries. Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia”. Prior to coming to European University of Tirana, she was a Part Time Lecturer at the University of Ismail Qemali, Vlora, Albania. Emirgena finished her Bachelor Studies and Master of Science Studies in Economics Department at the “Epoka University”, Tirana, Albania She worked for nearly three years as a banker at “American Bank of Investments”. Author of some scientific articles prepared in the framework of participation to international conferences. Her primary research interests are in the field of economics, macroeconomics, finance, education, etc. Since October 2021, is part of the academic staff at the “European University of Tirana”, Tirana, Albania.
