Msc.A/c.Dpl.Eng.Stavri Vesho has completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Tirana. He has exercised scientific activity in cooperation with many academic institutions, organizations,national and international training units as Polytechnic University of Tirana,European University of Tirana,Tirana Transport Institute, Institute of Studies and Designs No.6 (ISP 6),Albanian Civil Aviation Authority,European Training Center for Aviation Studies in Luxembourg (EUROCONTROL Aviation Learning Center ),Civil Aviation Management Research Institute in Montreal Canada,(PRATT & WHITNEY Jet Engine Research Center),British Studies Institute (BSI) for quality systems management, Institute of Air Navigation Services (IANS) near the European Center for Flight Safety (EUROCONTROL-Belgium), with the Austrian Study Center for the management and implementation of quality systems (Quality Austria),etc. Since 1987, he has been engaged in academic life as an external professor at the faculties of in engineering at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, near the European University of Tirana UET, at the Temple University College of Pristina.He has participated in many research projects at the local,national and international level. He is the author of several university publications and various scientific publications in the field of Transport and Civil Aviation.In the managerial field, he made important contributions as the general manager of Mother Teresa Airport in a difficult period for the Albanian state in 1997-2000 and then as an advisor to the Minister of Transport.
