Msc. Mishela Rapo graduated with outstanding results in "Business Administration" from Epoka University, completing her studies with a CGPA of 4.00/4.00. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies at the European University of Tirana, specializing in the "Social and Behavioral Sciences" program. Since 2021, she has gained experience as an Assistant Lecturer, working both part-time and full-time. Mishela has contributed as a researcher in international projects such as VALEU-X, VIRTUAL, and DMDE, and has participated in international conferences in Greece and the UK. Additionally, she has taken part in training programs related to tourism and gamification in Albania and Italy. Within the Department of Management and Marketing, she covers the courses Project Design and Management, Product and Pricing Management, Introduction to Management, Introduction to Public Administration, Practice and Student Development.
