Author of several textbooks, monographs, as well as scientific articles on issues related to marketing of financial services, digital marketing, microfinance, in scientific journals in Albania and abroad.

He has a long experience in the field of marketing, management and business, mainly in banking, microfinance and insurance sectors. Currently a full-time lecturer at UET, at the Department of Management and Marketing for the courses "Business Research Methods", "Innovations Management", "Quality Management", and "Digital Marketing".
