Dr. Bledar Mustafaraj

Dr. Bledar Mustafaraj completed his higher studies in the Law branch and has followed the program of the School of Magistrates, prosecutor profile. He received the title of "Doctor of Sciences" after completing his doctoral research on the topic "Theoretical and Practical Aspects of Treating Juvenile Delinquency". Dr. Bledar Mustafaraj has been a prosecutor, seconden magistrate to the General Directorate of Codification and Harmonization of Legislation in the Ministry of Justice, lecturer, and member of the Supreme State Audit. For over a decade, Dr. Bledar Mustafaraj has been lecturing part-time on Criminal Procedure Law, Basics of Clinical Criminology, Public Law, Criminal Law, and Execution of Criminal Decisions.

Starting in 2019, he will be an external expert at the Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education. Has been a member of the expert team at various organizations such as the School of Magistrates, OSCE Presence in Albania, Council of Europe, National Youth Congress, and others.

He was given the title of 'Lawyer' in October 2021. Dr. Bledar Mustafaraj has been a part of several training activities organized by the School of Magistrates, as well as other organizations and entities, both domestic and foreign.

He has been active in scientific research by participating in both international and domestic conferences and activities, presenting various papers.

He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Italian.
