Dr. Ardiana Topi is Head of the Department of Informatics and Technology at the Faculty of Engineering, Informatics and Architecture at the European University of Tirana. She completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Tirana. With over 20 years of experience in the Information and Communication Technology sector, Dr. Topi has contributed to the development and maintenance of information systems, the administration of computer networks and ICT infrastructure, as well as the design and management of various ICT projects. Her academic experience includes over 15 years as a lecturer at the University of Tirana and the European University of Tirana.

Dr. Topi has been a member of scientific boards of national and international conferences, as well as a co-author of research and development projects in the field of ICT. Her scientific contribution includes publications and presentations in national and international conferences and journals, reflecting her continuous commitment to scientific research and professional development.
