Student Academic Services
The Academic Secretariat is led by the General Secretary and consists of:
(i) Deputy Secretary General.
(ii) Secretaries of study programmes (Secretaries).
(iii) Department coordinators (Coordinators)
(iv) Student Registration Office
(v) Doctoral Studies Coordination Office.
The Academic Secretariat supports the conduct of teaching activities in EUT and is responsible for administering students’ academic records. It provides students with various official documents and certificates, upon individual requests.
From April 2022, students can submit their requests online and are informed when the document is ready to be collected.
