DUALKO aims to modernize higher education in Kosovo by embedding dual education models that combine academic learning with practical training in the workplace. The project will pilot and institutionalize dual study programmes in selected fields, enhance collaboration between universities and industry, and improve students’ employability and professional readiness. It promotes systemic change through legal frameworks, curricula reform, and capacity building for universities, businesses, and national authorities.
