Ilva Isa is a Lecturer at the European University of Tirana (UET) and holds a Ph.D. in Auditing, as well as the Professional Title of Certified Legal Auditor. She completed her undergraduate studies in Finance and Accounting at Aleksandër Xhuvani University, and obtained her Master of Science degree in Auditing and Advanced Accounting.
Dr. Isa pursued her doctoral studies at Carlo Cattaneo University in Milan and St. Kliment Ohridski University in Sofia, Bulgaria. She is currently attending the Executive Master in Data Management at the Bologna Business School.

With a strong academic background in economics and consolidated expertise in financial control and auditing systems, Dr. Isa is actively engaged in teaching and scientific research focused on auditing, financial transparency, and digital systems management.
Her academic work emphasizes the development of contemporary auditing practices and their role in enhancing financial integrity and good governance within both public and private organizations

Beyond her teaching activities, she has participated in numerous research projects and academic conferences, contributing to the strengthening of financial accountability and professionalism in the field of economics. As part of the academic community at UET, Dr. Isa remains committed to advancing scientific knowledge and preparing new generations of economists, with a special focus on professional ethics and the development of analytical competencies in auditing.
