PhD. Johana Hajdini
Johana Hajdini completed her master's studies at the Faculty of Economics, Business and Development, of European University of Tirana, and her doctoral studies in "Accounting, Management and Business Economics" at the Department of Management and Business Administration of Gabrielle d'Annunzio University, Pescara, Italy. From October 2022 she was a guest researcher at Faculty of Business Administration, Marmara University, where she engaged in research activities till March 2023.
Her experiences extend to both the public and private sector. As part of the "Students of Excellence" network in 2018, she was employed as a "Specialist" in the Public-Private Partnership Sector, in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, where she worked for a year. Since February 2024, she has been engaged in the full-time teaching process at the European University of Tirana, where, among others, she carries out courses in Digital Marketing Analytics, Managerial Skills, and Public Policy Evaluation.
She is the author of several scientific articles carried out within the framework of participation in well-known international conferences, and of several scientific articles in indexed international journals, as well as book chapters published by prestigious publishers such as Routledge, Palgrave Macmillan, etc.
She is currently part of the international editorial board of the European Scientific Journal, and serves as a reviewer for prestigious journals such as International Marketing Review, EuroMed Journal of Business, etc. Her expertise includes marketing and consumer behavior with a special focus on healthcare institutions. She is currently interested in researching the technological transformation of organizations from a multi-perspective.
