LEAD
The LEAD project seeks to strengthen the leadership and digital transformation capacities of higher education institutions (HEIs) in the Western Balkans. The initiative promotes sustainable strategies for digitalization through leadership development, institutional frameworks, and inclusive policies. By empowering leaders and academic staff, the project aims to support effective digital transformation aligned with European standards and quality assurance practices.
