DMDE
DMDE project aims to develop a new, innovative, high-level integrated transnational (Joint) Master in Digital Entrepreneurship. This master’s program will offer a market-oriented mindset to international students by providing skills and competencies in business ideas, starting new (e) businesses, understanding, and applying digital tools, developing design thinking on the needs and preferences of future potential customers, etc. DMDE will combine theoretical & practical knowledge by integrating industry case studies as a unique experience in an international joint study program.
Objectives of the project
The design measure will lead the Master Program on ‘Digital Entrepreneurship’ into two main objectives:
- To enable students to become entrepreneurs using digital business models.
- To educate students to become intrapreneurs who contribute to the digital transformation in established companies.
Expected Results and Outcomes
Comprehensive Needs Assessment Report – A detailed analysis identifying the specific needs and gaps that the Erasmus Mundus program aims to address, based on extensive research and stakeholder consultations.
State of the Art Review of Resources and Capabilities – An in-depth evaluation of existing resources and capabilities across partner institutions, highlighting strengths and areas for development.
Defined Academic Journey – A clear outline of the academic pathway, including curriculum structure, learning outcomes, and progression through the program to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
Detailed Specification of Teaching and Training Activities – A comprehensive plan detailing the teaching methodologies, training sessions, course content, and assessment methods to be employed throughout the program.
Formalized Agreements with Partners and Students – Well-documented agreements outlining the roles, responsibilities, and commitments of all partner institutions and the expectations and obligations of participating students.
Comprehensive Admission Manual -A thorough guide outlining the admission criteria, application procedures, selection process, and guidelines for prospective students.
Effective Dissemination Strategy – A strategic plan for promoting the Erasmus Mundus program to a wide audience, including potential students, partner institutions, and stakeholders, ensuring maximum visibility and outreach.
Project Activities
Establishing the Direction of the Master’s Program – Defining the overall vision, objectives, and focus areas of the Master’s program to align with academic goals and market needs.
Developing Course Content and Structure – Designing and outlining the specific courses, modules, and curricula that make up the Master’s program, including learning objectives, syllabi, and instructional materials.
Conducting the Accreditation Process – Preparing and submitting the necessary documentation and applications for the program’s accreditation, ensuring compliance with all relevant academic and regulatory standards.
