By adapting successful IT governance frameworks from European universities, the project aims to establish a structured approach to managing IT that aligns with institutional goals. This initiative will not only modernize the existing processes but also create a sustainable model that enhances the overall governance and decision-making capacities of these universities. Through cooperation between institutions in Spain, Germany, Norway, and Albania, ITG4AU seeks to foster stronger cross-border collaboration and knowledge exchange. The project will develop specialized training modules for staff and students, ensuring long-term benefits and the adoption of international best practices in IT governance.
