The project responds to the pressing environmental challenges faced by these regions, particularly in the management of plastic waste, by equipping VET trainers with essential competencies in both digital and green technologies. The project%u2019s core focus is on dual transition, which refers to the simultaneous advancement of digital and sustainable practices within the waste management sector.
