Polis publishes original articles by authors which have not previously been published and which are not under consideration for publication in other journals. The submission of a manuscript implies its publication has been approved by all co-authors.<\/p>

If and when the manuscript is accepted for publication, authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work’s authorship and initial publication in this journal.
