SOCIAL SCIENCES

The PhD Program in Social Sciences aims to prepare candidates for a successful career in the social sciences, which combines both research and teaching in one or more areas of this discipline. The program offers extensive knowledge on the theory and methodology of the social sciences, as well as on the main debates that are currently taking place in this discipline, which are sought after by all PhD students. The program also aims to equip PhD students with the skills necessary to carry out valuable studies and publish their results. This is intended to be achieved by developing close working relationships with one or more lecturers and writing studies, papers or articles as co-authors, thereby creating a research experience.
