JUS & JUSTICIA<\/strong>\u00a0(print ISSN: 2223-8654\/ online ISSN:\u00a02958-8898<\/a><\/strong>) is a double-blind peer-reviewed and open-access journal, published in English, twice a year by the European University of Tirana, Albania. The first issue of JUS & JUSTICIA\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>was published in 2008. Since 2020 the articles have been published only in English, covering legal and political issues with a particular emphasis on the Western Balkans and Albania.<\/p>\n

As an interdisciplinary\u00a0journal,\u00a0JUS & JUSTICIA\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>provides a platform dedicated to promoting the exchange of original works and ideas among academics, including both theoretical and empirical research, in the disciplines of law, politics, and international relations.<\/p>\n

Our mission is to promote the publication of high-quality, peer-reviewed research papers, reports, and book reviews, serving as an attractive academic forum for the dissemination of knowledge and advancement of academic debate in Albania and abroad. It will be of interest to lawyers, legal scholars, legal practitioners, government officials, local and international organizations, civil society etc.<\/p>\n

The Jus & Justicia Journal <\/em><\/strong>is focused on academic rigour and openness to differing methodological and theoretical strands. The editorial board applies the policy of fast reviewing of the submitted articles and subsequently includes them in the forthcoming issues, should they pass the evaluation process. The journal is published in both print and online formats.<\/p>\n
