P\u00ebrvoj\u00eb kjo, e ngjashme me ato t\u00eb universiteteve per\u00ebndimore, q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb fokus pedagog\u00ebt dhe m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnien.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><\/div>\n<p>I ftuar \u00a0n\u00eb nj\u00eb prej sesioneve trajnuese ishte edhe Drejtori i Burimeve Njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb Deloitte Albania, Roden Pajaj, i cili trajtoi tem\u00ebn \u201cTendencat transformuese t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb post- Covid 2019\u201d.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><\/div>\n<p>Duke iu referuar nj\u00eb studimi t\u00eb Deloitte n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb, Pajaj tha se nj\u00eb problem i madh i arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb me zhvillimin e shpejt\u00eb t\u00eb revolucionar industrial n\u00eb teknologji, universitetet nuk po arrijn\u00eb dot ritmin q\u00eb t\u00eb japin dhe p\u00ebrshtatin kurrikulat e tyre n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb duhur, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e duhura q\u00eb nevojiten p\u00ebr tregun e pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEdhe kompanit\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb paqe me k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt dhe kan\u00eb kuptuar q\u00eb nuk mundet t\u00eb mendojm\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb e riaft\u00ebsuam forc\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs dhe tani t\u00eb presim se ndoshta edhe p\u00ebr nja 5 vjet nuk kemi nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb investojm\u00eb, pra kan\u00eb filluar t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin strategji t\u00eb reja, sepse nevoja p\u00ebr t\u2019u riaft\u00ebsuar \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme. Ajo q\u00eb po investohet shum\u00eb sot, \u00ebsht\u00eb ato aft\u00ebsit\u00eb njer\u00ebzore, q\u00eb ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb forc\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme vet\u00eb, patjet\u00ebr duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebn dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e nevojshme kompanit\u00eb, qoft\u00eb edhe institucionet akademike, n\u00ebse b\u00ebjn\u00eb at\u00eb transformimin e nevojsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb cilin e diktoi pandemia\u201d,\u00a0tha Pajaj, teksa shtoi se problematikat e tjera t\u00eb hasura, jan\u00eb r\u00ebnia e regjistrimeve t\u00eb reja dhe mos p\u00ebrfundimi i studimeve nga student\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nga nj\u00eb vrojtimi i kryer gjat\u00eb viteve 2018- 2020 vihet re nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie t\u00eb regjistrimeve t\u00eb reja n\u00eb institucionet e akademike. Vrojtimi i kryer nga Deloitte n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 2020 me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e mbi 1 mij\u00eb student\u00ebve nga universitet apo kolegjet profesionale, rezultoi se m\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjysma mendojn\u00eb se marrin p\u00ebrgatitjen e duhur nga institucionet arsimore. Sa i p\u00ebrket bizneseve t\u00eb marra n\u00eb studim, nevoj\u00eb urgjente del riaft\u00ebsimi i forc\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb ball\u00eb presioneve t\u00eb tregut dhe p\u00ebr zhvillimet e tregut q\u00eb po ndodhin.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr, Drejtori i Burimeve Njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb Deloitte, Roden Pajaj tha se sfidat p\u00ebr universitetet jan\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe oportunitete p\u00ebr ta. Sipas tij m\u00eb her\u00ebt ka filluar koncepti blended learning, nd\u00ebrsa sot po flitet p\u00ebr krijimin e i-campus.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00ebse n\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera, jo m\u00eb larg, por kemi edhe Italin\u00eb, u fut n\u00eb dhjet\u00eb vje\u00e7arin e fundit ajo q\u00eb quhet blended learning, pra edhe leksione n\u00eb sall\u00eb por edhe leksione online, ku po nd\u00ebrtonin edhe kurrikulat. Sot koncepti q\u00eb po flasim \u00ebsht\u00eb i-campus, q\u00eb shkon p\u00ebrtej programeve blending online. T\u00eb gjesh nj\u00eb universitet sipas konceptit i-campus do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb gj\u00ebja e par\u00eb q\u00eb v\u00eb n\u00eb fokus \u00ebsht\u00eb eksperienca e studentit dhe matja e suksesit t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr at\u00eb studim q\u00eb po kryen n\u00eb raport me tregun. \u00c7do gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb rrotullohet rreth saj, \u00ebsht\u00eb fokusuar rreth asaj sesi institucioni akademik mund t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb eksperienc\u00eb sa m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb studentit, gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebs akademike, n\u00eb disa aspekte\u201d,\u00a0tha Pajaj.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tej, ai shpjegoi edhe fushat kryesore q\u00eb Deloitte ka specifikuar, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb universitet t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb i-campus.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNj\u00eb nga gj\u00ebrat kryesore \u00ebsht\u00eb rishikimi i kalendarit akademik. Trajnimi i stafit akademik. Marrja e trajnimeve n\u00eb nj\u00eb porcion t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn dhe momentin e duhur, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer nj\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga \u00e7\u00ebshtjet kryesore t\u00eb universiteteve sot n\u00eb bot\u00eb.
