Edhe sot, ekspert\u00ebt q\u00eb lidhin dy sfera shpesh p\u00ebrshkruajn\u00eb interesat njer\u00ebzor\u00eb si t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta me aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb organizate p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar nga teknologjia n\u00eb maksimum, duke demonstruar qart\u00eb besimin se Inteligjenca Artificiale dhe robot\u00ebt jan\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim i af\u00ebrt p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsimin njer\u00ebzor.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><\/div>\n<p>Tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb koha p\u00ebr t\u00eb sfiduar pik\u00ebpamjen se teknologjia dhe njer\u00ebzimi jan\u00eb fusha t\u00eb dallueshme, ose madje rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsisht n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim. Sipas raportit t\u00eb Deloitte ku drejtori i Burimeve Njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb Deloitte Albania theksoi se vlera m\u00eb e madhe vjen nga nj\u00eb bashkim i t\u00eb dyjave. Nj\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje q\u00eb bashkon njer\u00ebzoren dhe teknologjin\u00eb, e cila i lejon organizatat t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin mjedisin q\u00eb krijon teknologjia p\u00ebr t\u00eb humanizuar bot\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcyer konfliktet m\u00eb sfiduese me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballen sot institucionet dhe korporatat.<\/p>\n<p>Pajaj, gjat\u00eb prezantimit t\u00eb raportit t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb Deloitte mbi trendet dhe ndryshimet e sjelljeve p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket menaxhimit t\u00eb kapitalit njer\u00ebzor n\u00eb korporata n\u00eb forumin e p\u00ebrvitsh\u00ebm UET HR Club 2020 e thirrur nga Universiteti Europian i Tiran\u00ebs, theksoi se p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar se si drejtuesit e burime njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtyre ndryshimeve, \u00ebsht\u00eb fokusi mbi potencialin dhe perspektivat mbi tendencat e kapitalit njer\u00ebzor t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti. K\u00ebto tendenca shikojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebsit e infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb organizate, nga sistemet q\u00eb drejtojn\u00eb ekzekutimin e procesit deri te indikator\u00ebt q\u00eb ndjekin dhe matin progresin strategjik, ku ofrohen sugjerime mbi m\u00ebnyrat p\u00ebr t\u00eb futur q\u00ebllimin, potencialin dhe perspektiv\u00ebn n\u00eb thelbin e m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se si ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb dizajnuara dhe ekzekutuar. Gjithashtu gjat\u00eb prezantimit t\u00eb saj znj. Sauku shpjegoi se si Bashkia Tiran\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet platformave dixhitale ka mund q\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb kapitalizohen burimet njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb institucionin ku ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb.
