Ky shkrim q\u00ebndron p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb hap sado t\u00eb vog\u00ebl drejt zgjedhjes s\u00eb t\u00eb kuptuarit se si nd\u00ebrtohen mesazhet n\u00eb media, duke dyshuar motivet e p\u00ebrmbajtjeve mediatike, p\u00ebr identifikimin e llojeve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb identifikuar dhe menaxhuar risqe, p\u00ebr k\u00ebto dhe p\u00ebr form\u00ebn e komunikimit krah form\u00ebs q\u00eb merr shoq\u00ebria jon\u00eb.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><\/div>\n<p><em>Jeta jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb jet\u00eb \u2018likuide\u2019, me kusht e paaft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur t\u00eb pandryshuar form\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin drejtim n\u00eb shtrirje t\u00eb gjata<\/em>. \u00cbsht\u00eb ky mendim, ekstremisht I sintetizuar I p\u00ebrkufizimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs moderne sipas Zygmunt Bauman, autor I shum\u00eb publikimeve t\u00eb suksesshme q\u00eb prekin tema si globalizimi dhe implikimet sociale q\u00eb ai sjell. P\u00ebr sociologun polak, vazhdim\u00ebsia e pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb e fillimeve t\u00eb reja na krijon perceptimin se jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb kushte pasigurie t\u00eb vazhdueshme, me frik\u00ebn se mos zihemi n\u00eb befasi, me frik\u00ebn e t\u00eb mos qenit t\u00eb denj\u00eb p\u00ebr di\u00e7ka, t\u00eb t\u00eb ngelurit mbrapa, t\u00eb t\u00eb harruarit \u2018datat e dor\u00ebzimit\u2019 t\u00eb nj\u00eb projekti, t\u00eb t\u00eb humburit t\u00eb nj\u00eb eventi t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm dhe kap\u00ebrcimit t\u00eb gjith\u00e7kaje q\u00eb nuk ka kthim. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto ndodhin aty ku ajo \u00e7far\u00eb ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsia dhe jo koh\u00ebzgjatja.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb korniz\u00eb komunikimi nuk b\u00ebn p\u00ebrjashtim, madje pasqyron nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb ka zgjedhur sasin\u00eb, shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe konsumin si imperativ\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebve t\u00eb konformohet. K\u00ebshtu ai shfaq disa v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb I shpejt\u00eb por gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb pak I aft\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthej\u00eb pa tradh\u00ebtuar kompleksitetin e mesazhit, duke ngat\u00ebrruar nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb me t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebn rrezikon t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb komunikimin konsumues, pa nj\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimit por i destinuar si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimsh, pa angazhim dhe pa p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet komunikuesve.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00e7far\u00eb ndihmon t\u00eb parandalohet kjo rrjedhje? Nd\u00ebrveprimi mediatik favorizon \u00e7do dit\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn n\u00eb rritje p\u00ebr informim mbi gjith\u00e7ka, t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb, t\u00eb shfrenuar dhe prandaj edhe t\u00eb paplot\u00eb. Analiza n\u00eb \u00e7el\u00ebs multimedial e k\u00ebtij komunikimi dhe pasojave n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore p\u00ebr mua nisin nga nj\u00eb aksiom\u00eb e Paul Watzlawick, q\u00eb thot\u00eb<em>\u00a0se individi e ka t\u00eb pamundur t\u00eb mos komunikoj\u00eb<\/em>. Pamund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos komunikuar p\u00ebrkthehet praktikisht n\u00eb pamund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos patur nj\u00eb sjellje, nj\u00eb reagim. Sjellja nuk ka t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt, nuk mund t\u00eb mos t\u00eb mos kesh sjellje. Mes dy komunikuesish, individi dhe media, I pari b\u00ebhet marr\u00ebs I thjesht\u00eb I nj\u00eb mesazhi q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb lajm I fundit, nj\u00eb gossip, nj\u00eb emision televiziv, ngjarja q\u00eb I ka ndodhur nj\u00eb personazhi t\u00eb njohur etj, ndaj t\u00eb cilave ai reagon duke u p\u00ebrshtatur, duke u mbrojtur apo duke u izoluar emocionalisht.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, influenca e mediave n\u00eb p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb, n\u00eb politik\u00eb dhe shoq\u00ebri ka thelluar rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e veta, ndaj edhe studimi I tyre merr tep\u00ebr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi. Mediat sociale n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, jan\u00eb tashm\u00eb\u00a0<em>kanali personal I transmetimit<\/em>\u00a0p\u00ebr k\u00ebdo, japin mund\u00ebsi \u00e7do individi t\u00eb shpreh\u00eb vet\u00ebn, t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndaj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje, t\u00eb komunikoj\u00eb n\u00eb forma q\u00eb I quajm\u00eb personale. Por n\u00ebse \u00e7do p\u00ebrdorues ka v\u00ebrtet\u00eb z\u00ebrin dhe fytyr\u00ebn n\u00eb rrjet, n\u00ebse kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb kaq personale sa\u00e7 perceptohet prej nesh apo \u00ebsht\u00eb e induktuar, e lidhur me nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb mekanizmash t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, kjo ngre shum\u00eb pyetje, p\u00ebrgjigjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat na i mund\u00ebson vet\u00eb njohja dhe studimi I Komunikimit. Secili nga k\u00ebto mjete, ka si t\u00eb thuash lakmin\u00eb e vet, q\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb arrin t\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete p\u00ebrmbajtje t\u00eb p\u00ebrziera, t\u00eb cop\u00ebtuara nga mjete t\u00eb tjera, Kultura e t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit, e akumulimit t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, nuk mund t\u00eb ndalet p\u00ebrpara k\u00ebsaj kulture t\u00eb shk\u00ebputjes, t\u00eb nd\u00ebrprerjes dhe harres\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ideja e likuiditetit q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkon \u00e7do aspekt t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve njer\u00ebzore, shtrihet n\u00eb koh\u00eb aq sa ia lejon r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e s\u00eb menj\u00ebhershmes me p\u00ebrshpjetimin e vazhduesh\u00ebm teknologjik. Problemi n\u00eb perceptim shfaqet tek v\u00ebmendja sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsore e publikut, si pasoj\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj p\u00ebrhapje t\u00eb kapilarizuar. Avantazhi I p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs s\u00eb fituar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme ekziston, por duhet par\u00eb edhe se si kjo kompromenton n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme sigurin\u00eb, angazhimin, hulumtimin dhe mendimin kritik, madje edhe memorien e s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs dhe besimin n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb vij\u00eb, duke qen\u00eb se qasja b\u00ebhet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb e p\u00ebrshpejtuar. Pra n\u00ebse ndalemi tek koha, ndryshimi materializohet\u00a0<em>k\u00ebtu dhe tani<\/em>, duke e mbajtur individin t\u00eb lidhur n\u00eb rrjet arrin edhe t\u00eb g\u00ebrryej\u00eb koh\u00ebn e privates.<\/p>\n<p>Rrjeti ka lejuar aksesin n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn publike, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb informacion t\u00eb disponuesh\u00ebm aty p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, por gjithashtu zbulon padyshim edhe an\u00ebn negative t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj disponueshm\u00ebrie, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ekspozimi I privat\u00ebsis\u00eb, I intimitetit, humbjen e tij dhe duke e sh\u00ebndrr\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj teatri shum\u00ebllojshm\u00ebrish n\u00eb axhend\u00ebn publike e ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb vijn\u00eb n\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen e p\u00ebrgjithshme me disa pasoja jo indiferente. Kjo na \u00e7on t\u00eb p\u00ebrballemi edhe me\u00a0<em>paradoksin e fshehur<\/em>\u00a0q\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr v\u00ebmendjen e p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar disa reagime t\u00eb paramenduara, ndodh \u00e7rregullimi dhe personalizimi I detyrave dhe funksioneve q\u00eb ndodhen midis Shtetit dhe individit. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb v\u00ebmendje q\u00eb manipulohet u jepen p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb thjeshta disa pyetjeve t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, kampionohen disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuese t\u00eb disave t\u00eb tjera madhore dhe krijohet shpesh iluzioni I p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb thell\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb\u00a0<em>t\u00ebrbim mediatik<\/em>\u00a0t\u00eb cilit I n\u00ebnshtrohet individi \u00e7do dit\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr v\u00ebmendjen lajmet p\u00ebrforcohen, dramatizohen, vijn\u00eb t\u00eb ndara n\u00eb sekuenca t\u00eb vogla q\u00eb shpesh edhe p\u00ebrg\u00ebnjeshtrojn\u00eb nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn. Komunikimi I tyre kalon nga smartphone-t e deri tek emisionet e televizionit t\u00eb \u201cs\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs\u201d q\u00eb strukturohen si trajtim I tematikave rreth historive q\u00eb sjellin lajmet m\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese, duke u specializuar si analiza m\u00eb njer\u00ebzore dhe shoq\u00ebrore, por ku p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb shpesh shohim ata q\u00eb Bourdieu p\u00ebrmend si\u00a0<em>fast-thinkers<\/em>, mendimtar\u00ebt e shpejt\u00eb me p\u00ebrgjigjet e menj\u00ebhershme q\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsojn\u00eb reflektimet e arsyetimet e gjera, q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb \u2018ushqim t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb\u2019 kulturor. K\u00ebto p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsojn\u00eb, b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb mendohet se gjith\u00e7ka u trajtua goxha mir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb u qart\u00ebsuam pasi gjuha e p\u00ebrdorur ishte shum\u00eb popullore. K\u00ebto madje duket ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb se kan\u00eb marr\u00eb edhe form\u00ebn e istancave pedagogjike t\u00eb nj\u00eb lloji t\u00eb ri. Ne jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb tashm\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb procesi t\u00eb pashmangsh\u00ebm midis asaj q\u00eb shpesh \u00ebsht\u00eb situata dhe asaj q\u00eb duket prej lajmeve, ajo pra q\u00eb tregohet, manipulimi, montimi. Opinioni publik gjendet I ngopur dhe I m\u00ebsuar me shum\u00ebform\u00ebsin\u00eb e t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit lajm dhe reagon me nj\u00eb lloj letargjie<em>\u00a0shqisore<\/em>, q\u00eb izolon mendimin, vet\u00ebdijen dhe sensin kritik. P\u00ebrzgjedhja e komunikimit cil\u00ebsor na ndihmon p\u00ebr t\u2019u mbrojtur nga hiper shp\u00ebrndarja mediatike e lajmit tragjik apo manipulimit si thashethem, nga standardizimi gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb I theksuar I skemave t\u00eb zakonshme, q\u00eb I imponojn\u00eb individit uniformitetin n\u00eb t\u00eb menduar dhe t\u00eb ndjer\u00eb, duke anulluar \u00e7do subjektivitet kritik. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb evidentuar t\u00eb pav\u00ebrtetat apo kufizimet e t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetave, mund t\u00eb gjejm\u00eb m\u00ebnyra p\u00ebr t\u00eb rizbuluar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb rifituar nj\u00eb komunikim m\u00eb autentik njer\u00ebzor.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr sektorin e arsimit konsiderohet si thelb\u00ebsore m\u00ebnyra e zbatimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij \u00e7el\u00ebsi t\u00eb leximit t\u00eb mediave me mendim kritik, nj\u00eb lexim me nj\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme n\u00eb procesin m\u00ebsimor dhe kjo arrihet n\u00eb\u00a0<em>studimin e Komunikimit<\/em>.
