Kam punuar q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb profil t\u00eb marketingutm promocionit, shitjeve dhe deri diku n\u00eb kompani t\u00eb m\u00ebdha si\u00e7 ishte InfoSoft. Eksperienca m\u00eb kryesore q\u00eb m\u00eb ka nxitur t\u00eb kaloj drejt sip\u00ebrmarrjes ka q\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb agjensi reklamash.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00ebnyra e pun\u00ebs dhe organizimi q\u00eb b\u00ebhej n\u00eb at\u00eb pun\u00eb m\u00eb nxiti dhe m\u00eb zgjoi pasionin q\u00eb kisha p\u00ebr sip\u00ebrmarrjen dhe marketingun. Shtysa ime ishte puna n\u00eb agjensi, duke u future n\u00eb rolin e konsumatorit duke kuptuar m\u00eb sakt si ti sh\u00ebrbeja atij.Kisha nj\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb brendhme p\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur nj\u00eb biznes timin pa patur presionin e shefit apo dikujt tjet\u00ebr por t\u00eb vendosja vet\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn time. Pas vitit 2007-2008 vendosa t\u00eb b\u00ebj di\u00e7ka t\u00eb re p\u00ebr vete edhe pse kisha arritur nj\u00eb pozicion mjaft t\u00eb mir\u00eb si drejtor marketingu n\u00eb nj\u00eb kompani t\u00eb fuqishme. N\u00eb nj\u00eb takim me kush\u00ebririn tim nga Italia I cili kishte hapur nj\u00eb studio ku b\u00ebnte punime t\u00eb vogla dhe aty lindi shk\u00ebndija ime e par\u00eb ku mendova mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e bashkpunimit tim m\u00eb t\u00eb. Un\u00eb gjeta p\u00ebrkrahjen tek ai dhe ai tek un\u00eb. N\u00eb fillim askush nuk kishte besim se mund t\u00eb b\u00ebje dicka t\u00ebnden n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri por un\u00eb vazhdova sepse kisha besim se mund t\u00eb b\u00ebja dicka q\u00eb do m\u00eb vlente.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb vendosa t\u00eb vazhdoja pun\u00ebn q\u00eb kisha dhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e mbetur t\u00eb punoja me kush\u00ebririn tim q\u00eb merrej me Dizanj P\u00ebr disa njer\u00ebz mund t\u00eb ishte e lodhshme por mund t\u00eb them se nuk ishte fare nj\u00eb lodhje, mbase mosha at\u00ebhere , sigurisht edhe pasioni sepse kur i ben gj\u00ebrat me pasion nuk e ndjen lodhjen por ke vet\u00ebm at\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb sa m\u00eb mir\u00eb. M\u00eb pas un\u00eb kisha nj\u00eb Network mjaft t\u00eb gjer\u00eb dhe nuk m\u00eb dilte koha p\u00ebr ti q\u00ebndruar biznesit tim af\u00ebr, p\u00ebr t\u00eb njohur konsumatorin dhe k\u00ebrkesat e tij. K\u00ebshtu vendosa t\u00eb largohem nga puna aktuale q\u00eb kisha dhe t\u00eb fokusohesha tek puna q\u00eb un\u00eb vet\u00eb kisha nisur.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb 2007-2008 dhe deri sot n\u00eb 2019 un\u00eb kam 2 kompani dhe kemi nj\u00eb platform\u00eb dixhitale online. Kam patur shum\u00eb ve\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb tregut gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto vite gj\u00ebrat nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb lehta por vizioni dhe d\u00ebshira ishin t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Idet\u00eb e Gjelb\u00ebrta i kisha t\u00eb qarta por Sip\u00ebrmarrjen Sociale nuk e kisha shum\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb. Duke b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebrim dhe kuptova q\u00eb ishte shum\u00eb e af\u00ebrt me d\u00ebshirat e mia p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuar n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri dhe natyr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb 7 vite m\u00eb par\u00eb un\u00eb mora pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb konkurs ku vendosa t\u00eb prodhoja mobilie me mjete drusore dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pun\u00ebsoja persona nga grupe t\u00eb margjinalizuara. Nuk e kisha iden\u00eb se si do t\u00eb shkonte, por kisha vet\u00ebm d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb nisur di\u00e7ka t\u00eb re. U nisa skeptike tek pjesa e konkursit dhe besoj se shum\u00eb prej jush jan\u00eb skeptic kur vjen puna tek konkurset me iden\u00eb q\u00eb u jepen njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb mik apo nj\u00eb njohje. Un\u00eb realisht nuk kisha asnj\u00eb njohje, mora pjes\u00eb n\u00eb konkurs dhe u habita ku projekti q\u00eb un\u00eb kisha shkruajtur p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, kaloi n\u00eb finale dhe un\u00eb duhet t\u00eb prezantoje para nje jurie profesionale q\u00eb kishte shume vite n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e biznesit dhe me th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn nuk e mora fare seriozisht. Prezantova iden\u00eb time me pasion, me d\u00ebshir\u00eb, me vision dhe rezultoi q\u00eb e fitova. N\u00eb 7 vite kan\u00eb ndodhur gj\u00ebra t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme, fal\u00eb fam\u00ebs pata mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb njoh pafund\u00ebsisht njer\u00ebz, t\u00eb kuptoj se si nj\u00eb klient sado i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb \u00e7osh nj\u00eb produkt nga pika A n\u00eb pik\u00ebn finale.<\/p>\n<p>Ne sot nuk jemi rritur shum\u00eb, por jam shum\u00eb e lumtur q\u00eb jemi koherent\u00eb dhe vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb insistojm\u00eb tek misioni yn\u00eb duke pun\u00ebsuar individ\u00eb t\u00eb grupeve t\u00eb margjinalizuara, persona me aft\u00ebsi ndryshe deri tek komuniteti rom dhe egjiptian. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht punojm\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm q\u00eb klient\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb ndyshojn\u00eb konceptimin e t\u00eb blerit t\u00eb gj\u00ebrave duke qen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjshem.
