Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs t\u00eb mendosh n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kreative dhe t\u00eb zhduk\u00ebsh kufijt\u00eb n\u00eb mendje, me q\u00ebllimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar audienc\u00ebn kujt i drejtohesh dhe t\u2019u rr\u00ebfesh atyre historin\u00eb t\u00ebnde n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb origjinale t\u00eb mundshme, p\u00ebr t\u2019i fituar jo vet\u00ebm simpatin\u00eb, por edhe besnik\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb punosh \u00e7do dit\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb skuad\u00ebr marketingu k\u00ebrkon gjithashtu komunikim dhe bashk\u00ebpunim. Duke qen\u00eb nj\u00eb industri k\u00ebrkuese dhe n\u00eb konkurrenc\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme, individ\u00ebt q\u00eb jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e saj jan\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb inovacionit. N\u00ebse t\u00eb punosh n\u00eb marketing nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb e leht\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb t\u2019ua m\u00ebsosh at\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb p\u00ebr vite me radh\u00eb, Prof. Dr. Drita Kruja ia ka dal\u00eb mban\u00eb me sukses t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb karrier\u00eb t\u00eb spikatur n\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnien e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb Marketingut. Ajo tregon se si dita e saj e par\u00eb e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies ishte nj\u00eb dit\u00eb e mbushur me emocione.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cNj\u00eb nat\u00eb p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb jepja m\u00ebsimin tim t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb auditorin e Universitetit \u2018Luigj Gurakuqi\u2019 n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, p\u00ebr student\u00ebt e deg\u00ebs Administrim-Biznes, kisha shum\u00eb emocione. Mbaj mend q\u00eb kisha p\u00ebrgatitur nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb shembujsh dhe ushtrimesh me an\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb cilave do t\u00eb ilustroja m\u00ebsimin, pasi d\u00ebshiroja t\u00eb krijoja nj\u00eb or\u00eb interesante dhe interaktive. At\u00eb dit\u00eb u p\u00ebrballa me nj\u00eb grup shum\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb student\u00ebsh, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt m\u00eb d\u00ebgjuan me shum\u00eb v\u00ebmendje dhe kureshtje, dhe kjo m\u00eb dha siguri p\u00ebr leksionet q\u00eb pasuan\u201d<\/em>, tregon Kruja.<\/p>\n<p>Tregon se m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnia ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb nga d\u00ebshirat e saj dhe se e ka t\u00ebrhequr shum\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb, ndaj dhe ftes\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00ebsim e pranoi me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cL\u00ebnda Bazat e Marketingut q\u00eb un\u00eb do t\u00eb jepja, ishte nj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatej shum\u00eb me profilin tim, por edhe me at\u00eb q\u00eb un\u00eb doja t\u00eb b\u00ebja.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Rr\u00ebfen se marketingu k\u00ebrkon kreativitet, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb larg rutin\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb m\u00ebsosh vazhdimisht.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cUn\u00eb besoj q\u00eb marketingu ka disa karakteristika t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta. \u00cbsht\u00eb shum\u00eb larg rutin\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb jesh kreativ, t\u00eb m\u00ebsosh gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs. K\u00ebrkon pasion dhe nj\u00eb komunikim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm me auditorin. Ti si lektor duhet t\u00eb jesh n\u00eb gjendje jo vet\u00ebm t\u2019i p\u00ebrcjell\u00ebsh dijen teorike, por edhe t\u2019i angazhosh student\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kritike dhe origjinale, si dhe t\u2019u rr\u00ebfesh mbi eksperienca e shembuj konkret\u00eb\u201d<\/em>, shprehet ajo.<\/p>\n<p>Kruja shprehet se, n\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimin e saj, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnia k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb pedagogu t\u00eb investoj\u00eb n\u00eb dy aspekte, at\u00eb t\u00eb formimit individual profesional, por edhe n\u00eb aspektin e komunikimit dhe nd\u00ebrveprimit me auditorin.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cN\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimin tim \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb nj\u00eb pedagog t\u00eb jet\u00eb i mir\u00ebformuar, kompetent n\u00eb fush\u00ebn p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse dhe me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitje personale t\u00eb denj\u00eb p\u00ebr auditorin, por \u00ebsht\u00eb po aq e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme edhe m\u00ebnyra se si pedagogu komunikon dhe nd\u00ebrvepron me k\u00ebt\u00eb auditor. Un\u00eb mendoj q\u00eb studenti \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u2018bashk\u00ebprodhues\u2019, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb procesin e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies dhe duhet p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive n\u00eb t\u00eb. N\u00ebse vet\u00ebm pedagogu flet, studenti d\u00ebgjon, at\u00ebher\u00eb ora do t\u00eb jet\u00eb monotone dhe kurrsesi produktive n\u00eb standardin e duhur\u201d<\/em>, thot\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n<p>Rr\u00ebfen se nj\u00eb nga k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr t\u00eb si lektore, ka qen\u00eb t\u00eb shihte nd\u00ebr vite student\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt angazhoheshin n\u00eb or\u00ebn e m\u00ebsimit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive dhe mjaft kreative.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cL\u00ebnda e Marketingut t\u00eb krijon shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsi. Un\u00eb mbaj mend grupin e par\u00eb t\u00eb cilit i kam dh\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00ebsim, q\u00eb kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb n\u00eb auditor qasje shum\u00eb origjinale. Kishin shpirtin e duhur kreativ, sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs, origjinal\u00eb, kureshtar\u00eb, vizionar\u00eb apo komunikues q\u00eb nj\u00eb profesionist i marketingut duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb.
