Por p\u00ebr disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb provimet mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb aspak e k\u00ebndshme q\u00eb provokon ankth dhe nervoziz\u00ebm. P\u00ebr k\u00ebta student\u00eb, t\u00eb ulen dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisin p\u00ebrpara provimit, \u00ebsht\u00eb detyra m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. Por kjo situat\u00eb nuk ka p\u00ebrse t\u00eb rezultoj\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb negative, pasi secili mund t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb strategjin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrballuar stresin, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb disa k\u00ebshillave t\u00eb thjeshta me an\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb cilave mund t\u00eb kalohet leht\u00ebsisht n\u00ebp\u00ebr sezonin e provimit.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>1. Pushimi i rregullt gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb studimit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Edhe nj\u00eb axhend\u00eb intensive me provime t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, t\u00eb lejon t\u00eb gjesh pak koh\u00eb p\u00ebr pushim nga studimi. Kjo mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb pushime t\u00eb shkurtra 20-minut\u00ebshe gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb studimit, si dhe planifikimin e aktiviteteve interesante dhe arg\u00ebtuese, t\u00eb cilat t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb t\u00eb motivuar p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrfunduar me sukses dit\u00ebn. K\u00ebto aktivitete mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb nj\u00eb dark\u00eb jasht\u00eb me miqt\u00eb, nj\u00eb film n\u00eb kinema, nj\u00eb koncert, apo gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb preferohet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb heq\u00eb mendjen nga provimet. T\u00eb shpenzosh pak koh\u00eb larg librave nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka negative, p\u00ebrkundrazi lejon q\u00eb t\u00eb ndihesh i rifreskuar dhe i relaksuar her\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb rifillon studimi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Mos i d\u00ebgjoni (gjithmon\u00eb) t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teksa \u00ebsht\u00eb e dobishme t\u00eb diskutosh tema t\u00eb ndryshme me miqt\u00eb e universitetit apo t\u00eb studioni s\u00eb bashku, krahasimi me pun\u00ebn e tyre nuk duhet t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb. Bisedoni me dik\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse stresi shkon n\u00eb nj\u00eb pik\u00eb ku \u00ebsht\u00eb thuajse i pap\u00ebrballuesh\u00ebm dhe ndikon n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb dukshme n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme, at\u00ebher\u00eb gj\u00ebja m\u00eb e mir\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb bisedohet me dik\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb.
