Prof. dr. Ermira Qosja si p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse e Departamentit t\u00eb Menaxhimit dhe Marketingut n\u00eb Universitetin Europian t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs s\u00eb bashku me Lutjona Lul\u00ebn, nga Zyra e Projekteve dhe Partneriteteve n\u00eb Universitetit Europian t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs kan\u00eb organizuar p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb prej 3 vitesh duke synuar t\u00eb sjellin sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs, krijues t\u00eb startup-eve, student\u00eb e koleg\u00eb si dhe ta organizojn\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe ta promovojn\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb. SEC2U promovohet nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Startup Europe University Network (SEUN), nj\u00eb network q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin universitete, parqe teknologjike dhe organizata q\u00eb merren me k\u00ebrkimin dhe inovacionin n\u00eb Europ\u00eb dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb SEUN \u00ebsht\u00eb i promovuar nga Komisioni Europian. M\u00ebnyra se si organizohet \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e qart\u00eb. Setup Europe \u00ebsht\u00eb viti i tret\u00eb q\u00eb po organizohet. Kjo nism\u00eb synon t\u00eb bashkoj\u00eb pedagog\u00ebt e universiteteve me persona q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb nism\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar biznesin e tyre. Kjo dit\u00eb ngjan me dit\u00ebn e sip\u00ebrmarrjes, por ky n\u00eb thelb synon afrimin me t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb q\u00eb krijojn\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarrje. T\u00eb ftuar kemi dhe disa alumni tan\u00ebt. P\u00ebrzgjedhja e student\u00ebve b\u00ebhet m\u00eb e komplikuar sepse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb Erasmus i thjesht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb njihen kreditet n\u00eb UET dhe t\u00eb mjaftoj\u00eb. Kjo vjen dhe si shkak i rritjes s\u00eb UET-it n\u00eb 5 fakultete. Inovacioni \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala e par\u00eb n\u00ebse duam zhvillim t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVler\u00ebsimi i Indeksit Bot\u00ebror t\u00eb Sip\u00ebrmarrjes mat \u00e7do vit sh\u00ebndetin e k\u00ebtij ekosistemi ku \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe Shqip\u00ebria. Ne jemi n\u00eb vendin e 89-t\u00eb, nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb dhe aq i mir\u00eb. Pika jon\u00eb e forta \u00ebsht\u00eb aft\u00ebsia e\u00a0<em>startup<\/em>-eve. E para edukimi sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs, ku n\u00eb kurrikulat e deg\u00ebve t\u00eb biznesit n\u00eb fakt, aft\u00ebsit\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebse dhe sip\u00ebrmarrja jan\u00eb baza por krahas tyre, Universiteti Europian i Tiran\u00ebs si nj\u00eb pararoj\u00eb e t\u00eb gjithave i jep rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm aktiviteteve ekstrakurrikulare. UET ka klubet studentore t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb rritur dhe 17 klube studentore. Kjo vjen dhe si shkak i rritjes s\u00eb UET-it n\u00eb 5 fakultete. Inovacioni \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala e par\u00eb n\u00ebse duam zhvillim t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit. Kemi dy klube studentore, Klubi i Inovacionit dhe Klubi i Sip\u00ebrmarrjes. Kemi menduar p\u00ebr k\u00ebto dy klube por nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb student i nj\u00eb fakulteti tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre klubeve. Duhen ide kreative gj\u00eb q\u00eb do ndihmoj\u00eb dhe student\u00ebt. Universiteti Europian i Tiran\u00ebs ka dhe nj\u00eb sall\u00eb Inovacioni, \u2018Inovation Lab\u2019 ku mund t\u00eb diskutoni dhe t\u00eb punoni mbi idet\u00eb q\u00eb ju student\u00ebt keni. Universiteti Europian i Tiran\u00ebs ofron mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr student\u00ebt, si dhe p\u00ebr alumnit, ish-student\u00ebt tan\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebhen pjes\u00eb e forumeve, auditor\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndar\u00eb eksperiencat e tyre\u201d, -shprehet Kruja.<\/p>\n<p>Lutjona Lula, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsja e Nj\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarizimit n\u00eb Universitetin Europian t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, orientoi disa prej student\u00ebve se si t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e aplikimit n\u00eb Erasmus p\u00ebr t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbyer nj\u00eb eksperienc\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb prej sip\u00ebrmarrjeve n\u00eb Europ\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cErasmus Enterpreneur iu intereson student\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do dalin n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs. N\u00eb aplikimet aktuale p\u00ebrfshihet edhe pjesa e trajnimeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb praktik\u00eb Erasmus n\u00eb nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarrje n\u00eb Europ\u00eb. B\u00ebni praktik\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs n\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarrjen aty ku ju siguron universiteti prit\u00ebs, dhe merrni dhe nj\u00eb burs\u00eb, pra nuk paguani asgj\u00eb ekstra.
