P\u00ebr rolin e tij n\u00eb sigurimin e t\u00eb drejtave shqiptare, promovimin e paqes dhe avancimin e integrimit euroatlantik n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut, Universiteti Europian i Tiran\u00ebs nderoi me titullin \u201cDoctor Honoris Causa\u201d politikanin shqiptar Ali Ahmeti.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cE gjeta me 0.5% p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim n\u00eb 2001-shin dhe arrit\u00ebm t\u00eb kemi kryeminist\u00ebr shqiptar vitin e kaluar\u201d. K\u00ebshtu do ta p\u00ebrmblidhte Ali Ahmeti rolin dhe ndikimin 20-vje\u00e7ar t\u00eb partis\u00eb q\u00eb drejton, gjat\u00eb dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb titullit \u201cDoctor Honoris Causa\u201d nga Universitetit Europian i Tiran\u00ebs. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb figura e par\u00eb nga Maqedonia e Veriut dhe personalitetit i 20-t\u00eb i cili nderohet nga UET me titullin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb akademik, n\u00eb shenj\u00eb vler\u00ebsimi dhe mir\u00ebnjohje p\u00ebr kontributin e \u00e7muar n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen shqiptare gjat\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb politike mbi 40-vje\u00e7are.<\/p>\n

Me rekomandimin e dy profesor\u00ebve t\u00eb UET, prof. dr. Kristaq Xharo dhe prof. dr. Roland Lami, Senati Akademik i universiteti vendosi t\u00eb nderoj\u00eb me \u201cDoctor Honoris Causa\u201d Ali Ahmetin, me motivacionin: \u201cP\u00ebr rolin e tij n\u00eb mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, promovimin e paqes dhe avancimin e integrimit euroatlantik n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut\u201d.<\/p>\n

Lideri historik i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut dhe kryetari i Bashkimit Demokratik p\u00ebr Integrim iu shtohet personaliteteve t\u00eb fushave t\u00eb ndryshme mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtare dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb nderuara nd\u00ebr vite n\u00eb UET, t\u00eb tilla si: filozof\u00ebt Roger Scruton e Luc Ferry, nobelisti Muhammad Yunus, gjenerali Christopher G. Cavoli, e deri te president\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb Alfred Moisiu, Behgjet Pacolli dhe Hashim Tha\u00e7i.<\/p>\n

Duke kujtuar veprimtarin\u00eb e tij nd\u00ebr vite, e cila starton n\u00eb l\u00ebvizjet studentore t\u00eb viteve\u201980-t\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, kur ishte student i filozofis\u00eb n\u00eb Universitetitn e Prishtin\u00ebs, presidenti i UET, prof. asoc. dr. Selami Xhepa \u00e7moi kontributin e Ahmetit e ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht rolin e tij n\u00eb ngjarjet e 2001-shit, q\u00eb kulmuan me Marr\u00ebveshjen e Ohrit dhe me njohjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Maqedoni.<\/p>\n

\u201cJu d\u00ebshmuat se jeni nj\u00eb faktor thelb\u00ebsor p\u00ebr jet\u00ebsimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb, zakoneve, kultur\u00ebs, gjuh\u00ebs dhe identitetit shqiptar. P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb dy dekadave q\u00eb vijuan, ju integruat shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet e qeverisjes duke treguar se shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb nj\u00eb faktor p\u00ebrbashkues dhe jo ndar\u00ebs.\u201d<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr profesorin prof. dr. Kristaq Xharo, Ahmeti \u00ebsht\u00eb rekomandimi i tret\u00eb q\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet me titullin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb akademik t\u00eb UET, krahas presidentit Alfred Moisiu dhe gjeneralit Christopher G. Cavoli. Duke e cil\u00ebsuar nder pranimin e k\u00ebtij rekomandimi, ai u ndal n\u00eb disa nga pikat ky\u00e7e t\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimit t\u00eb Ali Ahmetit, t\u00eb cilin e quajti personalitet t\u00eb paqes, t\u00eb institucioneve demokratike, t\u00eb integrimit euroatlantik dhe t\u00eb arsimit komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n

\u201cSi komandant lufte dhe si lider i ardhur direkt nga fronti, pati guximin dhe aft\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb hapte shtegun, atje ku t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt shihnin vet\u00ebm humnera, dhe me po aq guxim t\u00eb shkonte drejt dialogut dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtonte ura besimi. Ishte ky vizion q\u00eb e lidhi fatin e shqiptar\u00ebve me vlerat e demokracis\u00eb dhe integrimit euroatlantik.\u201d<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrtej kontributit si faktor i brendsh\u00ebm politik dhe n\u00eb qeverisjen e Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut, prof. dr. Roland Lami vler\u00ebsoi rolin e Ahmetit si faktor p\u00ebrbashkues i politik\u00ebs mbar\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Kosov\u00eb. \u201cN\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare, roli i tij ka qen\u00eb shpesh i dyfisht\u00eb: nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb si partner strategjik n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebrqeveritare midis Tiran\u00ebs dhe Shkupit, dhe nga ana tjet\u00ebr si simbol i nj\u00eb figure q\u00eb mish\u00ebron aspiratat e shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr barazi dhe integritet\u201d, theksoi Lami.<\/p>\n

Si kryetar i Asambles\u00eb Shoqata Tirana, Shk\u00eblqim Hajdari tha se kryeqyteti i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb mir\u00ebpret protest\u00ebn e 17 tetorit n\u00eb sheshin \u201cSk\u00ebnderbej\u201d, iniciuar nga Organizata e Veteran\u00ebve t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb U\u00c7K, n\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtim mundit, p\u00ebrpjekjeve dhe jet\u00ebve q\u00eb u vet\u00ebsakrifikuan p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e liris\u00eb dhe kombit shqiptar.<\/p>\n

Ali Ahmeti ka qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj lufte p\u00ebr liri n\u00eb forma dhe m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme.\u00a0N\u00eb vitin 1998, ai u b\u00eb an\u00ebtar i Shtabit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Tre vite m\u00eb pas u zgjodh Komandant i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm dhe P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues Politik i Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare Komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Maqedoni, e cila luftoi p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e mohuara t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb republik\u00eb. Udh\u00ebhoqi l\u00ebvizjen e vitit 2001 p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cil\u00ebs u arrit liria dhe barazia e shqiptar\u00ebve, si dhe ishte njeriu q\u00eb firmosi Marr\u00ebveshjen e Ohrit, krah p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb NATO-s, SHBA-s\u00eb dhe BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ali Ahmeti: Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Maqedoni nuk jan\u00eb minoritet, jan\u00eb realitet. Detyrimet tona tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb ndaj BE-s\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n

I gjendur n\u00eb ambient universitar, n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij Ali Ahmeti kujtoi p\u00ebrpjekjet e tij p\u00ebr zyrtarizmin e veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Tetov\u00ebs. \u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb universitet n\u00eb themelet e t\u00eb cilit ka gjak\u201d, do t\u2019i rr\u00ebfente ai gjeneralit amerikan t\u00eb forcave t\u00eb NATO-s Gregory G. Johnson, n\u00eb vitin 2001, duke i k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohej kjo sakrific\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt krahas gjuh\u00ebs shqipe t\u00eb kishin edhe universitetin e tyre, t\u00eb ligj\u00ebruar p\u00ebrmes Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Ohrit.<\/p>\n

Kjo marr\u00ebveshje, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb kali i betej\u00ebs n\u00eb karrier\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb gjat\u00eb politike, Ahmeti tha se ishte v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsia m\u00eb e madhe e hasur n\u00eb jet\u00ebn dhe veprimtarin\u00eb e tij, pasi u gjend p\u00ebrball\u00eb shtetit, ushtris\u00eb dhe policis\u00eb me ofert\u00ebn e ndarjes s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cNdarja do t\u00eb shkaktonte dhimbje dhe tragjedi goxha t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sepse vijat e demarkacionit v\u00ebshtir\u00eb ishte p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrcaktuar At\u00ebher\u00eb kam dal\u00eb publikisht dhe kam th\u00ebn\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme si ofert\u00eb sepse jam udh\u00ebhequr nga nj\u00eb motiv q\u00eb e kemi pasur ideal, Bashkimin Europian, heqjen e kufijve midis vendeve.\u201d<\/p>\n

Si pjes\u00eb e veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb grupeve ilegale, q\u00eb vepronin kund\u00ebr sistemit jugosllav, Ahmeti shpjegoi se idealet dhe platforma e tyre ishte bashkimi i tokave shqiptare. Me ndryshimet e politik\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb viteve \u201990-t\u00eb, kursi i historis\u00eb ndryshoi edhe p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. \u201cR\u00ebnia e Murit t\u00eb Berlinit, zhvillimet brenda Bashkimit Sovjetik, zhvillimet brenda Europ\u00ebs, na b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb rishohim platform\u00ebn ton\u00eb se si t\u00eb zhvillonim ngjarjet m\u00eb tutje.\u201d Ameti shtoi se bashkimi i shqiptar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb Bashkimin Europian dhe se aty do t\u00eb hiqen kufijt\u00eb e shteteve, do t\u00eb shtohen marr\u00ebveshjet e bashk\u00ebpunimit, do t\u00eb rriten investimet e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta, si\u00e7 nis\u00ebn me nd\u00ebrtimin e Korridorit VIII.<\/p>\n

Marr\u00ebveshjen e Ohrit, ai e cil\u00ebsoi si marr\u00ebveshjen e duhur p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u njoh\u00ebn si faktor shtet formues dhe fituan t\u00eb drejtat e tyre q\u00eb ishin definuar n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00eb. \u201cLaboratori p\u00ebr antishqiptariz\u00ebm ka qen\u00eb Shkupi\u201d, do t\u00eb shprehej m\u00eb tej Ahmeti, duke p\u00ebrmendur heqjen e statusit shtet formues dhe cil\u00ebsimin si minoritet t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Kuhstetut\u00ebn e 1989-\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u201cShqiptar\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb minoritet n\u00eb Maqedoni, por jan\u00eb realitet, jan\u00eb 30% e popullsis\u00eb. Ne nuk e mohojm\u00eb q\u00eb maqedonasit jan\u00eb komuniteti i par\u00eb me 55%. Mir\u00ebpo, 45% jan\u00eb jomaqedoans dhe ne nuk do t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe as peng i komunitetit t\u00eb par\u00eb. Ne duam an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian, jo t\u00eb zvarritemi dhe t\u00eb vonohemi si\u00e7 u vonuam me pal\u00ebn greke lidhur me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e emrit t\u00eb shtetit. Nuk duam t\u00eb vonohemi dhe t\u00eb jemi peng i mospranimit t\u00eb minoritetit bullgar n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00eb, e kemi domosdoshm\u00ebri. Ne nuk kemi obligim ndaj Bulgaris\u00eb, kemi obligim ndaj Bahskimit Europian. Po t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb krahasim me politik\u00ebn aktuale n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs ka obligim ndaj marr\u00ebveshjeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb q\u00eb ka n\u00ebnshkruar dhe q\u00eb duhen zbatuar\u201d, theksoi Ali Ahmeti.<\/p>\n

Duke u ndalur n\u00eb ndikimin e partis\u00eb Bashkimi Demokratik p\u00ebr Integrim, themeluar dhe drejtuar prej tij q\u00eb prej vitit 2002 kur ai u zgjodh deputet n\u00eb Parlamentin e Maqedonis\u00eb, Ahmeti tha se shqiptar\u00ebt sot jan\u00eb shum\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar. \u201cUn\u00eb i gjeta me 0.5-1% p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim dhe arrit\u00ebm t\u00eb kemi kryeminist\u00ebr shqiptar para nj\u00eb viti. Flasim p\u00ebr kryetar\u00eb Kuvendi, p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrje n\u00eb qeveri dhe p\u00ebrpjekja ime ka qen\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohemi mbi t\u00eb gjitha me cil\u00ebsi.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pavar\u00ebsisht se nuk ka mbajtur poste drejtuese n\u00eb qeveri, Ahmeti ka p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar shqiptar\u00ebt nd\u00ebr vite n\u00eb parlament, duke mbrojtur, me partin\u00eb dhe bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e tij, t\u00eb drejtat e shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
