The main focus of UET\u2019s philosophy as an educational institution is the student\u2018s themselves, also promoting success through excellence by enriching their experience through engaged learning and enhanced student support services. At UET, the administration-academic and staff-student triangle works very well and for each of those, relevant institutions and offices have been set up for support and cooperation. \"UET Alumni\" are our greatest representatives in the market, their success is testimony to the quality of the university\u2019s graduate program in history. \nThe association \"UET ALUMNI\" was established on May 13, 2010. At that time there was a small group of graduates, now there are over 11,000 graduates in Bachelor and Master programs at UET. All of them are the biggest lobbyists of the university, they have become fundraisers, applicants for projects, generating ideas for new programmes and creating labor markets for the university.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The main goal of this association is to promote loyalty and cooperation between the organization and former students of the European University of Tirana, in order to promote the interests of the ALUMNI and the University. The Career Award<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Career Award aims to evaluate and promote the achievements of former graduate students at the European University of Tirana. This event takes place every year through announcing 10 candidacies taking into account their results at the University, more importantly their career path. At the time of announcing the nominations, the nominees are voted online and the most voted is declared the winner of the Career Award.\n2021 marked the 12th anniversary of founding UET Alumni, coinciding at the same time with the third generation of graduates of the European University of Tirana. The nominees were selected by the third generation graduates 2008-2011, thus being evaluated 10 years after their graduation.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Shpati Kolgega was the winner of the career award for the 3rd generation.<\/p>

It\u2019s been a year now that Mr. Kolegega is the Director of the Tirana Branch at the Albanian Post, graduated in Public Relations and Communication at the European University of Tirana, also with an MBA degree in General Management at New York University of Tirana. He is currently pursuing a Master's program in Eisensadt, Austria at the University of Applied Sciences FH Burgenland. Mr.Kolgega has a professional experience of more than 11 years in journalism, politics, regional organizations and public administration.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A pioneering idea of UET has been operating for 10 years on the Labour Market Boards. The programmes are attached to each department and consist of at least 10 members, also UET\u2019s alumni.
