Shpetim Shefiti, born in 1969, I completed my studies in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science profile, at the Polytechnic University of Tirana and postgraduate studies for Release Ver 3,14 of Mobile systems, in Stuttgart, Germany. From 1993 to 2022, work experience has been diverse in three different directions: a- Engineer at the Fier Petroleum Research Institute, in the data modeling department b- Mobile phone system engineer, traffic modeling, OMC-R system monitoring (Operational and Maintenance Center Radio) c- Lecturer in Public and Private Universities, from 2009 onwards. During the period of work as a lecturer, I started at the Alexander Moisiu University of Durres in 2009 until 2016, where in addition to teaching I participated in the design of new programs at the Faculty of Technology and Information UAMD Durrres. Then, from 2017 to 2021, engaged in the University College of Business in Tirana, where in addition to my duty as a lecturer for computer science, I was involved in drafting projects with which KUB has competed for important projects with international donors, I was a member of the Internal Quality Commission of KUB Tirana, and I was a member of the drafting of the internal evaluation report RVB, in order to accredit the relevant program. I have made four publications within KUB Tirana. November 2021 and onwards I am engaged at the European University of Tirana, full time at the Department of Information Technology and Information Engineering.
