Dr. Fatri Morina

Fatri Morina Dr. Fatri Morina holds a doctoral degree in Social Sciences, with profile Political Sciences and International Relations and a Master of Science in International Relations, with profile Strategic Studies, from European University of Tirana. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the same University. Since 2013, he holds the position of lecturer of international relations, security studies, foreign policy, and geopolitics courses, at European University of Tirana, where for some years he was Head of Internal Quality Unit. In 2021-2022 he served as adviser at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, as a LEAD Albania program fellow. His scientific research interest is focused on geopolitics and security issues - energy security, environmental security, and climate change. He is author and co-author of several conference articles and journal publications, related to security issues, with a particular focus on energy security in the Balkans. He has engaged as project manager and expert in research and capacity building projects, supported by EU such as: “QAinAL”, “EUROPS”, “FINAC”, “STEPS”, “DRIVE”, “EduFootprint”, “ENGINE”, “KALCEA”, “SMARTWB”, etc.
