The Library of European University of Tirana was established in the early beginnings of the university. The Library aims to serve as the center base where scientific information is provided to students and the academic staff.

The Library is located at UET’s campus premises, between building A and B. With a surface are of 300 m2, the Library has a capacity of about 170 study seats and provides optimal conditions for students. The Library is quite rich in literature in function of the fields of study and the academic programs in all three levels of study: Bachelor, Master, and PhD. Our library staff orient, suggest, and help students in selecting the basic and complementary literature, as well as online materials (books and scientific articles), through digital libraries like: SAGE, Questia, Social Science Library etc., via UET’s library subscription. The Library collaborates permanently with the publishing company “UET Press”.

The library is still continuously enriched with contemporary literature (in Albanian and foreign languages) in view of study and scientific research, through purchases, subscriptions, and donations from various authors and private and public associations and foundations i.e. Dr. Heinz und Anita Lütke Stiftung, Bank of Albania, UNDP publications, World Bank, UNICEF. The books are organized in categories according to faculties: Faculty of Social Sciences and Education, Faculty of Economics & Information Technology and Faculty of Law, including their sub-disciplines.
